Welcome back to another Living Well with ACT, Monday Morning Mindfulness exercise.
In this episode, we are going to dive deep into the first of several a situational awareness starting with a focus on the Breath.
Situational awareness is a crucial skill in navigating life's challenges, whether in everyday situations or high-pressure environments.
Through this exercise, we are going to practice this skill then do a little exploration on the topic so that you can better understand how honing our attention on something as fundamental as our breath can enhance our perception, mindfulness, and overall awareness of the present moment.
